By using our website (www.ngpluxury.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or packaging may occur. All items are assembled and packed by hand.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€).
No VAT is charged under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR).
Payment is required in full before shipping.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We offer delivery across the EU. Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Rotterdam.
