Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across the Netherlands and the European Union.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU: currently not available

Please note: delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free EU shipping as part of our seasonal promotion.
When the promotion ends, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us atΒ Contact@ngpluxury.com

We will assist with tracking or replacement if needed.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing the order.
NGP Luxury is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
