Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

1. Cooling-Off Period

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, without giving a reason.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earbuds) can only be returned if unopened and unused.

  • Please contact us first at Contact@ngpluxury.com to receive the return instructions.

    4. Refunds

    Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.

    5. Shipping Costs

    Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

    6. Damaged or Wrong Items

    If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
